Connect your Salla store to Daftra, Qoyod or Odoo and e-invoicing

Every order in your store should reach your books without manual entry. We connect Salla to your accounting system — Daftra, Qoyod or Odoo — configure e-invoicing, then test a full cycle from order to ledger entry.

From our workCode Perfumes

Manual entry doesn't grow with your store

Ten orders a week can be copied into accounting by hand. A hundred means hours of work, wrong figures, late invoices and store stock that no longer matches the warehouse.

  • Orders copied into the accounting system by hand
  • Store stock that doesn't match reality
  • E-invoicing not set up with the store

What the integration covers

  • Products, orders and customers

Sync between Salla and your accounting system, in the direction that suits how you work.

  • E-invoicing

Configured in line with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

  • Other sales channels

Connecting where else you sell, when the platform allows it.

  • A full test cycle

A test order from the store through to invoice and ledger entry before hand-over.

When it isn't the right fit

If you don't have an accounting system yet, choose one with your accountant first; we connect the system you adopt, we don't choose it for you.

Before you decide

Two links, not one

Connecting the store to your accounting system keeps your books in order, but e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia also requires the accounting system itself to be linked to ZATCA's Fatoora platform. We review both links together: store to system, and system to ZATCA.

Match products before syncing

Syncing relies on each product carrying the same code in the store and the accounting system. We match codes, taxes and payment methods first, because connecting mismatched data just moves the mess faster.

The official connector

We use the connector app published by the accounting system itself, or the method it documents — not unknown third-party apps. Our blog post compares Daftra, Qoyod and Odoo for Salla stores.

Frequently asked questions

Which accounting systems do you connect?

Daftra, Qoyod and Odoo. If you use another system, send us its name and we'll tell you whether it can be connected before any quote.

Is the accounting subscription included?

No. The accounting system and any connector app are paid in your name directly. We provide configuration, matching and testing.

Do you give tax advice?

No. We configure the systems technically to meet the published requirements; tax decisions stay with your accountant.
