How do we work together?
We're a licensed Gulf company with a commercial registration: we talk on WhatsApp, sign a written contract before any payment, and work on your store through a staff account with limited permissions.
Do you work with businesses in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam?
Yes. We design websites and set up Salla stores for businesses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and every city in the Kingdom, and the process is the same everywhere: a written quote, a contract before any payment, a preview link to review the work before launch, and a complete handover in your name.
How long does a company website take?
A landing page usually takes 5–7 days, a company website of up to 6 pages 10–14 days, and a bilingual website 3–4 weeks, once the materials are ready. The exact timeline for your scope is written in the quote before the contract.
Is the website built to show up on Google?
Yes: a title and description for every page, image alt text, structured data, a mobile-first design, and a link to your Google Business Profile. Rankings are Google's decision and take time, so we never promise a position.
Why don't services show prices?
Because a service's price follows its scope: the number of pages, products or changes. Our three Salla packages have published prices; for everything else we send a written quote with scope, timing and price before any payment.
Do prices include VAT?
Published package prices are net, excluding VAT, and are confirmed in a written quote before payment.
Will the website or store be in my name?
Yes. The domain, hosting, store and payment gateway are in your name, and source code is handed over whenever the service includes custom code.
What if a bug appears after hand-over?
The contract sets a period after hand-over during which we fix software bugs in our work at no charge. After that, support and development are available on a written quote.
