Who we are

One team that builds the website, the store and the system, and stands behind what it builds

Naqla Digital Solutions is a licensed Gulf company with commercial registration 1647570. We build company websites and online stores for businesses in Saudi Arabia, set up Salla stores, customise their themes and connect them to what the merchant needs, and build the systems that run bookings and orders.

One team works on the whole project: the website that convinces the visitor, the store that takes the order, and the integration that brings it to you. So there is one contract and one responsibility, instead of your project being split between several parties.

  • One contract for the whole project
  • One party responsible for the result
  • Everything we build is in your name

What we believe in and commit to

Commitments written into every project, not promises in a chat

Every item here is written into the quote or the contract, and you can hold us to it.

  1. Clause 01

    Contract before payment

A written quote with scope, timing and price, then a signed contract. No payment is requested before you sign.

  2. Clause 02

Domain and accounts in your name

The domain, hosting, store and payment gateway are registered in your name, not ours. It is a clause in the contract.

  3. Clause 03

We work from a staff account you add

We work on your Salla store through a staff account with permissions you set, and you remove it whenever you like.

  4. Clause 04

    Complete handover

You receive the website or store working, with the admin accounts and a user guide, plus the source files when the service includes custom code.

  5. Clause 05

    Fixes after handover

The contract sets a period after handover in which we fix bugs in our work free of charge.

  6. Clause 06

    No invented numbers

We promise no sales or rankings before we see your business, and show published work you can open and try yourself.

What we build

Two tracks: a website that presents your business, or a Salla store that sells

Every service has a page explaining what it solves, what the work includes, how long it takes and what you receive. Start from the one closest to what you need.

How we work

From the first message to handover, in steps you know in advance

Four fixed steps in every project, and no payment before the contract is signed.

  1. Free review

Send us your store link or business name, and we reply with a review of where you are today and what it needs.

  2. Written quote

Scope, timing and price in one file you can review at your own pace. Salla packages have published prices; other services are quoted for your scope.

  3. Contract before payment

You sign the contract first, then the first payment, then we start.

  4. Preview, then handover in your name

You review the work on a preview link before launch, then we hand over the working website or store with its accounts and files in your name.

Questions before you start with us

Who are you?

Naqla Digital Solutions, a licensed Gulf company with commercial registration 1647570, building websites and setting up and developing Salla stores for clients in Saudi Arabia.

Do I pay anything before the contract?

No. You receive a written quote with scope, timing and price, then a contract to review and sign, and only then the first payment.

Whose name are the domain and store registered in?

Yours. The domain, hosting, store and payment gateway are registered in your name, and that is a clause in the contract.

Do you need my Salla store password?

No. You add us as a staff member in your store with permissions you choose, and remove the account whenever you like after handover.

What do I receive at the end?

The working website or store, the admin accounts, a user guide, and the source files when the service includes custom code.

What if a bug appears after handover?

The contract sets a period after handover in which we fix bugs in our work free of charge; after that, support and development are quoted in writing.
