Customers look you up before they call. What do they find?

A new client or a procurement officer messages you, but first they typed your company name into Google. If there is no official website, or an old page that breaks on a phone, or only an Instagram account, they may move on to a competitor who looks more established. Many business owners have also had a designer register the domain in their own name and then disappear, leaving a site nobody can edit or move. What you need is a clear website that says who you are, what you do and how to reach you, and that stays yours.

Steps and timing

Timing10–14 days

  1. Free discovery call

Half an hour on WhatsApp to understand your business and audience, and see what you have online today.

  2. Written proposal, then a contract before any payment

We send the scope, timeline and page list in writing, then an official PDF contract that covers ownership. Nothing is paid before it is signed.

  3. Page map and content

We agree the pages, their order and what each one says, and collect your logo, photos, contact details and licence information.

  4. Design, build and review

We build the site on a preview link and you review it on your phone and computer before anything goes live.

  5. Launch and hand-over in your name

We connect the domain, your Google profile and analytics, then hand over the accounts and the user guide.

What you receive

  • A live website on your own domain
  • Domain and hosting registered in your name for the first year
  • Full admin accounts and access details
  • Google Business Profile linked to the site, and an analytics account in your name
  • A user guide for editing text and images
  • Contract and invoice in your business name

Who it's for

  • Companies that need an official presence clients and partners can trust
  • Clinics and medical centres that patients research before booking
  • Engineering, law and consulting offices
  • Contractors and service providers who live on quote requests

When it isn't the right fit

Businesses that need a cart and online payment: a WooCommerce or Salla store is the better fit

Businesses speaking to international audiences as much as Arabic ones: the bilingual website is the better fit

Before you decide

Who owns the domain? The question people ask too late

The domain is your address online, and whoever owns it effectively owns the website. Ask for it to be registered in your business name and for the login to the registrar account to be handed to you, not left in your designer's account. The same goes for hosting. If you later want to move to another provider or another team, this is what makes the move painless.

Six pages are enough for most businesses

Most visitors to a company website want three answers: who are you, what do you offer, and how do I reach you? A few clear pages usually cover it: home, about, services, projects or branches, and contact. Piling on thin or repetitive pages weakens the site for search engines and distracts visitors. Start with what you have real content for, and add later.

Gather these before you start

Projects move faster when the material is ready: a good-quality logo file, a short description of each service, real photos of your premises, work or team, contact details and address, and your commercial registration or licence number if your sector expects it to be shown. Real photos build more trust than free stock images, even if they were taken on a decent phone.

Phone first, WhatsApp one tap away

Most people open your website on their phone, usually after a search or a link in a profile. So the site is designed for mobile first: readable text, large buttons, and a contact button visible on every page. A form that lands in WhatsApp shortens the distance between a customer's interest and your reply.

A website alone won't win local search

When someone searches for a business like yours in their city, Google Maps often appears before any website. That's why we link your site to your Google Business Profile: the profile puts you on the map, and the website explains what you offer and takes the enquiry.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design company websites in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam?

Yes. We design company websites for businesses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and every city in the Kingdom, and the process is the same everywhere: a discovery session on WhatsApp, a written quote and a contract before any payment, then a preview link where you review the site on your phone and computer before it goes live.

How long does a company website take?

A company website of up to 6 pages usually takes 10–14 days once the materials are ready: logo, service descriptions, photos and contact details. The exact timeline is written in the quote before the contract, and grows if there are more pages or the materials arrive late.

What is the difference between a company website and an online store?

A company website presents your business and services and takes enquiries on WhatsApp, but it has no cart or online checkout. If you sell products and want customers to pay on the site, you need a store.

Can you register a .sa domain in my company's name?

Yes. .sa domains are registered to the business and usually require documents such as your commercial registration; we guide you through it. If you prefer .com, we register that in your name too.

What if I need more than 6 pages?

We add the pages you need and list them in the written proposal before the contract, so the scope holds no surprises.

Will the site appear on Google from day one?

We build it with a structure Google understands and link it to your business profile, but indexing and ranking are Google's decision and take time. We don't promise any particular position.

Why do forms go to WhatsApp rather than email?

Most business owners in Saudi Arabia answer WhatsApp faster than email, so enquiries don't sit unread in an inbox. We can send a copy to email as well if you like.

How do we work together?

We work under a written contract before any payment, with an official invoice. You review the work on a preview link before hand-over, and reach us on WhatsApp at every step.
