Your products and categories on the old platform have links indexed by Google and links in old posts and ads. If they change after the move without redirects, visitors land on a missing page. So we list the indexed links before the move and redirect each old link to its new match — our blog post on moving from Zid to Salla explains how.
Customer passwords don't move, for security reasons, and some settings and apps on the old platform have no direct equivalent in Salla. Before we start we write down what will move and what will be set up again, and at hand-over you get a report of what moved, what didn't and why.
