1Who we are

Naqla Digital Solutions is a licensed Gulf company that designs websites and online stores, builds systems and runs ad campaigns. This policy covers naqla.tech, its forms and its admin panel.

2What we collect

• What you type into our contact, quote and free-check forms: your name, mobile number, email, business name and link, the service or package you choose, and your message.
• What you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
• General visit statistics: pages visited, device and browser, approximate country and city, and where you came from. We do not store IP addresses; visitors are counted with a daily fingerprint that cannot be linked to another day.
• The campaign source if you arrived through an ad or post link (UTM parameters and the platform's click ID), stored with your request so we know which campaign brought you.

The website collects no payment details, as no payments are made through it.

3How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare a written quote, and deliver what we agree.
• To improve the website and learn which pages help.
• To measure our own ad campaigns: we tell the platform that a request or contact happened, without your name, number or email.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.

4Cookies and measurement tools

Our core website statistics work without cookies or browser storage and respect Do Not Track.

We may use third-party measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snap Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. These tools may set cookies and process your visit data under their providers' policies. You can block them in your browser settings or with an ad blocker, and the website keeps working.

5Who we share it with

• Service providers we need to run the website, such as hosting and email, and only as needed.
• The ad platforms and measurement tools above, with anonymous events only.
• Authorities, where an applicable law requires it.

We do not share it with anyone else for any other purpose.

6Data from ad accounts connected to our panel

Our internal admin panel connects Naqla's own ad accounts on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok with read-only access, to show our team spend and performance reports against the requests we received.

We use this data only for that purpose. We do not sell it, transfer it to others or use it for advertising, and only our authorised team can see it. Connection tokens are stored encrypted on our servers.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access can be revoked at any time from the permissions page of your Google, Meta or TikTok account, or by asking us to delete the stored data.

7Retention and security

We keep your request and messages for as long as needed to serve you or to meet a legal obligation, and delete them when you ask unless an applicable law prevents it. Anonymous visit statistics are deleted after 25 months.

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the admin panel is limited to our authorised team.

8Your rights

• Ask to see the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to its use for marketing at any time.

9Children

Our website and services are for business owners and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when what we do changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
