Terms and conditions

The terms of use for naqla.tech. Any service is agreed through a written quote and a contract that set out its details.

1Using the website

By using the website you agree to these terms. Use it for lawful purposes only, and do not try to disrupt it or access anything that is not public.

2Content and prices

The descriptions of services, packages and articles on the website are general information. We keep them accurate, but they do not replace a written quote.

The binding prices, timelines and scope are those in the written quote and the signed contract, which prevail over the website if they differ.

3Requests, quotes and the free check

  • Sending a form or a message creates no obligation for either side.
  • A written quote becomes binding only through a signed contract, and no payment is due before the contract.
  • The free check is a no-cost, no-obligation review of your online presence; it is a professional opinion, not a guaranteed result.

The details, stages and payments of each service are set out in its contract.

4Ownership

The website's content, design and the Naqla logo belong to Naqla and may not be reused without permission.

Ownership of what we build for clients is set by the contract, and by default it is delivered in the client's name.

6Limitation of liability

We provide the website as is and are not liable for any loss from relying on its general information without a written quote. Our liability for the services we deliver is set by the contract for those services.

7Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

8Changes to these terms

We may change these terms; changes apply from the date they are published here. The contract with each client sets the law that governs it.
