No. The price is paid once and includes the domain and hosting for the first year. After that you renew at the provider's published price, with us or any provider, with no transfer fees.
Do customers pay online or on delivery?
Both: we connect an online payment gateway to the store and enable cash on delivery.
Can I add products myself after hand-over?
Yes. You receive the dashboard, a user guide and training on it, and you add products, change prices and follow orders yourself.
What if you miss the 7 working days?
You get a full refund. The period starts once your materials are complete: logo, product photos and descriptions, and contact details.
What if a bug appears after hand-over?
The contract sets a period after hand-over in which we fix bugs at no charge; after that, support and development are offered on request.
